The Hebron-France Cultural Exchange Association (AECHF) and the Hebron Association for Socio-Cultural Development (AHDSC) are two Palestinian non-governmental organizations. The former, created in 1997, works to develop intercultural links and the latter, which grew out of the AECHF, supports the inhabitants of the old town (H2 area).

The initial idea was to create an association with both a cultural and an educational character, able to offer a high-standard French language teaching in Hebron. In view of the difficulties faced by the population, it was also decided that a social component would be established.
